Keith brings more than 39 years of planning, design, and placemaking expertise across a variety of scales that include urban design, community planning, commercial development, corporate master planning, parks, and open space design.
As an architect, Keith understands the built environment and the critical components of building placement, access, edges, the public realm, and placemaking characteristics that support community evolution. Throughout his career, he has built a record of successful project delivery including notable high-profile local projects such as the Tampa Convention Center, The Florida Aquarium, The Riverwalk at Kennedy Boulevard Plaza, and the Imagine Clearwater Vision Plan.
As a long-time Tampa resident, Keith has and continues to serve in several professional and civic leadership roles at organizations committed to the practice of placemaking and improved quality of life in the built environment.
