Specializing in high rise construction—including residential, mixed-use, and academic projects—Brett has over 20 years of experience as a project architect. He’s led large and complex projects in Boston, including Montage, Miscela, Proto, Mass Art Treehouse, and notably, the 145 Broadway / Akamai project, a LEED Platinum and WELL Platinum certified commercial building.
In all that he does, Brett advocates for incorporating sustainable design and resiliency into all projects. He is a Passive House Certified Consultant (CPHC) and was the project architect for the Northland Newton Development in Massachusetts, one of the largest all-electric market rate Passive House projects in the world. Brett’s passion for sustainability extends to include transit-oriented development, bike friendly streets, and placing community first.
Brett effortlessly leads large, multidisciplinary teams and leverages his technical expertise as a project architect to teach and train within the Boston office.
